Amanda Borsos was shot and killed on her 17th birthday in Ohio by her black ex-boyfriend Troy Penn

Amanda Borsos was at work at the Four Paws Pet Care and Kennel when her black ex-boyfriend of one week, Troy Penn, 18, fatally shot her with a single blast to the torso. It is unclear where Penn got the gun but there was speculation that he was bitter about the breakup, according to Chief Deputy John Newsom.
