Kentucky: A white mother with a black boyfriend is facing criminal charges after police discovered her two small boys left at home in sweltering 95-degree heat covered in bug bites and cockroach poison
The term "white trash" is a perfect description for this awful woman.

I very much doubt that, but if he isn't enforcing his claim on the property then she can probably file for adverse possession.
