It is a mathematical impossibility that Obama has a 39% approval rating and here is why. In all elections in the U.S 50% of the people don't vote. Those people are so sick of the system and want no part of either candidates. So now we have 50% of the population voting and with all presidential elections and like Obamas it is usually almost split in half. So Obama got 51% of the voting populations votes. That means he got 51% out of 51% so 74% of the public did not vote for Obama and want no part of him. An overwhelming % of the population didn't vote for him. So now his 26% of the public supports him and that is the most he will ever get. With time even those fools will soar and walk away from him. So you see an absolute perfect score Obama can ever reach is 26% and I'm sure a good number now have walked away so his approval rating is nearer to 17%-19%.
