black painting contractor is being held on $30,000 bail after being arrested on rape charges stemming from an incident on July 4th, 2010. The suspect, Alfred Bartley (37) of Nantucket and Jamaica, is charged with raping a 17-year-old girl, unarmed robbery, assault, and indecent assault on a person over 14.
