A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of likely voters shows that only 37% give Obama good or excellent ratings on his handling of national security issues

In addition, 40% say that Obama is doing a poor job when it comes to national security. Positive marks for Obama on national security are now at their lowest level since he took office in January 2009.
