Obama and Dinkins
Is Obama like New York City's hilariously and calamitously bad black Mayor, David Dinkins? One effect of the Dinkins years is that he was the last Democrat to be elected Mayor of New York City. I wonder if Obama will have the same effect on Democrats when it comes to the presidency?
