While blacks make up 3.8% of the FDNY, they make up 61.4% of the Corrections Department

Steve Sailer asks why is there no disparate impact study of that department, where African-Americans are wildly overrepresented? Of course, to the liberal mind, discrimination only exists when it works against blacks and Hispanics, not white gentiles.
