A 24-year-old black man has been charged with first-degree murder of his two-month-old son

The baby, who lived full-time with his mother in South Florida, was on a two-week visit with his father, Eddie Lee Daniels, when he died. An autopsy report said that the child suffered internal bleeding and serious head wounds including frontal bulging and retinal hemorrhaging behind the eyes which were signs of possible abuse. He also suffered a broken leg and fractured femur.
