A black athlete's son has been arrested in a sex assault investigation

Los Angeles Angels outfielder Torii Hunter was scratched from the team’s lineup after his teenage son was arrested in a sex assault investigation. The move came after the town of Prosper, Texas, issued a news release announcing that 17-year-old Darius McClinton-Hunter of McKinney, Texas, had been arrested. The release said that Prosper police made five arrests after a month-long investigation of the sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony.
