Tuscaloosa juvenile investigators have arrested 41-year-old African-American Kelvin Dewayne Crutchfield for two counts of rape and one count of sexual abuse

The black suspect came to the Tuscaloosa Police Department to be interviewed and after the interview, investigators found probable cause to arrest the African-American. The victim was 9 years old and the suspect was 33 years old at the time of the incident. Crutchfield is now 41. Crutchfield was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail pending a $135,000 bond.
