At Garcia High School in Chicago, 20% of the graduating seniors are illegal immigrants

Twenty-one of Garcia High School's 107 graduates are illegal immigrants - a figure that's not too surprising because the school is located in a Mexican immigrant community in the Archer Heights neighborhood on Chicago's southwest side. The school is 99% Latino, with a 93% poverty rate.
