New York City: A Hispanic third-grade teacher has been arraigned for abusing an 8-year-old

Rafael Sosa, 29, has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges and is being held on $75,000 bail for abusing a girl in a Public School 208 classroom over a six-month period. Sosa kissed the girl on the mouth and inserted his finger into her private parts.
