Why do so many people believe that everybody in the world has a God-given right to live in the United States?

Such people are often supporters of Israel and of Israel's right to exclude immigrants for racial or religious reasons. In short, they seem to feel that the destruction of the United States through mass immigration is a good thing, but if the same thing happened to Israel it would be a bad thing.
