A Hispanic high school wrestling coach has been arrested after he was found semi-naked with a partially-clothed teenage girl in his car

Richard Ortiz, 53, was involved in sexual activity with the 15-year-old girl. The pair were found by a police patrol partially-dressed in the back of a van around midnight in a residential area of Tucson, Arizona. Ortiz has been booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center and faces charges of inappropriate conduct with a minor.

    The spanics think nothing of sex with young girls, 13 is not to young for sex according to them. But the physical development of some very young girls in the spanic community could be VERY tempting if the girl didn't reveal her age...I lived in caliFOREIGNER most of my life and know that to be true.
