Native-born Americans were the only group to lose jobs in July 2012

In July 2012, total employment fell by 195,000, or by -0.14% and native-born employment fell by 400,000, or by -0.33% but foreign-born employment rose by 205,000, or by 0.90%. From January 2009 to July 2012: foreign-born employment rose 1.417 million, or by 6.6% while native-born employment fell by 1.418 million, or by -1.2%.
