Dallas Independent School District's black students are increasingly performing worse than Hispanic and white students

The gap in the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills passing rates in the Dallas Independent School District has grown nearly two-fold between blacks and Hispanics for all tests taken since the 2004-05 school year.
