Two black men are accused of kidnapping a teenager and engaging in a series of tortuous acts against him, including burning him with a hot knife and gluing his lips together

Ismael Bangs, 19, has been arraigned in Manchester District Court on charges of felony kidnapping, criminal threatening, and first- and second-degree assault. Yvens Luclaise, 25, was accused of being criminally liable for the charges for assisting in holding the 15-year-old victim and videotaping the crimes with a mobile device. The two men, both of Manchester, were ordered held on $100,000 bail.
