The forces will ultimately go to Uganda, South Sudan, the Central African Republic, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I thought that one of the reasons Obama was running for president was to stop the United States from invading foreign countries? Can we really afford another military intervention with the current state of the U.S. economy?
