Obama's decision to ignore the law and enfranchise young illegal Hispanic immigrants could affect thousands of black workers between 16 and 30 years olds as both groups compete for many of the same jobs

Unemployment for Americans in that age group is said to be from 20% to almost 30% and now 800,000 illegal Hispanic immigrants will be invited into the scramble for jobs. Unemployment is even higher for young black Americans.
