A 30-year-old Hispanic has been arrested on suspicion of rape and false imprisonment at a state psychiatric hospital in Napa

Jesus Hernandez Tobar has been arrested at Napa State Hospital. The rape follows at least two other violent incidents at the hospital that had raised concerns about security. A nurse was strangled to death on hospital grounds in October 2010, and a rehabilitation therapist was attacked in December 2010. Tobar is being held at Napa County Jail on $250,000 bail.
