Will Milwaukee become the next Detroit?

According to the 2010 census, Milwaukee is now 40% black, 37% white, 17% Hispanic and 3.7% Asian. As the white population continues to decline and the black one rises how long will it be before Milwaukee's crime rate rises to the level of Detroit's?
