Macomb County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a black man accused of impregnating an 11-year-old girl

Trevaun Cortez Brooks, 28, of Mount Clemens has been charged with one count each of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person younger than 13 and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person younger than 13. He faces up to life in prison if convicted. Brooks is accused of having sex with the girl in 2011 when he lived with her mother. The girl gave birth in August 2011 and has since turned 12, sheriff's officials said. It was unclear if Brooks and the girl's mother were still dating, Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham has said.
