Police are looking for an illegal Mexican immigrant accused of raping a 6-year-old girl while working in an upstate New York agricultural area

Dagoberto Ruiz-Barrios faces charges including rape and predatory sexual assault against a child. State police investigator John Stubbe said that the child's doctor reported the assaults in mid-July 2011 in Clyde, a village 50 miles east of Rochester. The 40-year-old suspect disappeared after a grand jury indicted him, and authorities have no idea where he is. At the time of the attack, Ruiz-Barrios was part of a crew building a grain silo.
