• Houston: Whites, down 10%; blacks, up 139%

• Dallas: Whites, down 46%; blacks, down 40%

• San Antonio: Whites, down 3%; blacks, up 38%

• Boston: Whites, down 40%; blacks, up 78%

• Chicago: Whites, down 47%; blacks, down 30%

• Oklahoma City: Whites, up 19%; blacks, up 85%

• San Francisco: Whites, up 32%; blacks, up 79%

• Los Angeles: Whites, down 20%; blacks, down 22%
