Quebec Mohawk reserve looks to enforce law requiring anyone living with a non-native to move out

Mohawks are not big fans of interracial mating. In fact, they have a law which allows them to expel any mixed race couple from their community. When white people do this sort of thing it is called racism. I wonder what it is called when non-whites do it?
