5. Victoria, Mexico; 84.67

7. San Salvador, El Salvador; 83.39
8. Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela; 82.84
9. Valencia, Venezuela; 72.02
10. Natal, Brazil; 69.56
The most dangerous city in the United States is St. Louis, at No. 14.

I guess black people aren't that violent, seeing as not a single all-black city made the top 26. Or do cities between the Limpopo and the Sahara just not have anyone keeping track of homicides?
I would say the black Africans do a piss poor a job of keeping track of homicides as they do a piss poor a job of everything else.
