Why does anti-Semitism exist?

Here is Ferdinand Bardamu's explanation:
The reason anti-Semitism exists can be explained with a simple quote I have used twice in the past two weeks: “proximity + diversity = war.” Like I explained on Tuesday, human beings are tribal, and multiple tribes in the same space will always be at each others’ throats. The beauty of Roissy’s equation is that it can be applied to any ethnic tension in any country on Earth, whether its the Quebecois in Canada, Chinese in Malaysia, or the Kurds in Turkey. No kooky tinfoil hat theories, no fudging facts, no insanity. Essentially, so long as the Jews remain visible minorities in gentile societies, anti-Semitism will persist. It will fluctuate in intensity, but it will never go away. If the anti-anti-Semites really wanted to accomplish their goal, they’d launch a campaign to get every Jew outside of the Holy Land to make aliyah, combined with a political push to get the U.S. government out of Israeli affairs.

Your "theory is that anti-semitism exists because Jews exist as a minority. In practice only two immature religions practice anti-semitism and Jews exist without anti semitism as neighbors of other religions. Anti-semitism exist because Islam and Christianity find that the existence of an older, and potentially more valid religion is a threat. The newer religions are based on the theft of the theogracy of the older. The existance of the older is the evidence of that lack of a moral foundation. Why would being older make Judaism more valid? In my opinion, that would just make it more outdated. By your reasoning, traveling around in a horse and buggy is "more valid" than traveling around by car.
