African-Americans are over 3 times more likely to commit a hate crime than a white

In 2016, blacks were 26.1% of known hate crime offenders even though they were only 13.3% of the U.S. population.

Oh.....well they've got this covered too. Since according to their minds, white people deserve it. So it doesn't really count, because they figure they cannot commit a hate crime against "whitey", it's just their right of retribution. Europe and America both need to come to grips with the negro mind.
