Black man put racist graffiti on his own car but won’t be charged, police say
Despite filing a false report, police say that Dauntarius Williams, 21, won't face any charges. The incident fueled racial tensions at Kansas State University and in the community, and the FBI had opened a civil rights investigation. As usual, another "hate crime" turns out to be a hoax and the perpetrator gets away with it.
