A charter high school for blacks and Hispanics fails

Stanford education professors set out to create a model school to show how to educate low-income Hispanic and black students. They failed. In fact, the performance of the black and Hispanic students was so bad that the school made California’s list of schools in the lowest-achieving five percent in the state.
