A black man is behind bars accused of offering a 17-year-old girl for sex

Hillsborough Sheriff's spokesman J.D. Callaway says Derek Williams brought the teen and a woman in her thirties to a meeting with undercover deputies. Williams is charged with two counts of deriving support from prostitution, two counts of transporting for the purposes of prostitution, two counts of soliciting another to commit prostitution and one count of interference with custody.
