Police have arrested a black minister for unlawful sexual activity with a minor

United States Marshals Service Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force and Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested Reverend James R. Harris of Belle Glade Florida. Harris was wanted in Palm Beach County Florida for Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Minor, Lewd or Lascivious Battery, Child Abuse, Showing Obscene Material to a Minor and Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child. The charges against Harris are a result of Harris allegedly promising young male athletes that he would find recruiting scouts/scholarships in exchange for sex acts.
