A black man faces murder charges for killing his elderly neighbor and her daughter

Roanoke Rapids Police say Tony Gorham robbed and killed Alice McCrary and her daughter, Nancy Burgess. They say McCrary was speaking to her son and said her neighbor was at the door and wanted to use the phone. The son called police later when no one answered the phone.
