The deindustrialization of Africa

Alex Kurtagic says that Africa needs to be allowed to deindustrialize and to regress to pre-colonial conditions. The nation states created there by the European powers must be allowed to disintegrate, and Africa as a whole must be allowed to re-organize along traditional, tribal lines.
