Africans were surely out of the Stone Age and they had the full array of agriculture, which advances them at least beyond most Amerindians. Let’s give credit where it’s due. But they’re no challengers to the Chinese, the Hittites, the Indians, the Greeks or the Romans. In many ways, they were bested even by Filipinos and Indonesians.
