Law enforcement agents in Tucson have arrested a black suspect in a shooting at a Northern Arizona University fraternity house

Authorities have arrested 26-year-old Oronde K. Lowery for aggravated assault, said Flagstaff police Sgt. James Jackson. Jackson said that officers found Lowery in Tucson and that Flagstaff Police are still looking for the second suspect in the case, 21-year-old Josoanny T. Audifre. After shots were fired at the Delta Chi house police began an investigation, Jackson said. Jackson said that the shooting left the front of the Delta Chi house pockmarked with bullet holes.
