In a recent Pew Research Center poll, black voters preferred Obama 95% to 3% over Mitt Romney

Why are blacks so pro-Obama? Many African-Americans feel an emotional connection to Obama that seems unshakable, saying that nothing can compare with seeing someone who looks like them in the White House. In other words, they support him because he comes from the same racial background that they do. Of course, when white voters do this sort of thing, they are denounced as racists.
