On average, immigrants send around $30 billion in total to their home countries each year

This includes $10 billion that is sent to Mexico annually. With the economy in its current state, we can't afford to allow billions of dollars to be sent to foreign countries. By deporting illegal immigrants, we are not only ensuring that more jobs are available for Americans, but we are also keeping our wealth in this country where it can do us the most good.
