Police say that a convicted black sex offender found himself a new victim just hours after he escaped from a halfway house in north Minneapolis, holding the woman hostage and sexually assaulting her repeatedly over four days

The Department of Corrections said that they had a team working around the clock to find 34-year-old African-American Menes Williams, but neighbors are wondering why they weren't told a Level 3 sex offender was on the loose. Officials said that they didn't want Williams to know they were on his trail despite his status. Level 3 sex offenders are considered the most likely to reoffend. Williams is a twice-convicted sex offender who had been under intensive supervision before he cut off his electronic ankle bracelet and left. Police say that within a couple of hours, he met his latest victim and asked to use the restroom in her home. She said that Williams held her hostage for days, sexually assaulting her repeatedly over the course of that time. The victim's sister was later able to lure Williams back to the home, where he was arrested. Williams is now back in the Hennepin County Jail and headed back to prison.

Not trying to blame the victim, but what kind of idiot lets a strange black man into their house to "use the restroom"?!

34, with two rape convictions under his belt, and out for a third time?

Third times the charm.

Place noose around neck. Hang just tightly enough from branch to lift heals from ground. Remove genitals with filet knife. Allow to bleed out.
