Atlanta Jewish Times publisher suggests that Israel should put a "hit" on Obama

The Atlanta Jewish Times, a weekly newspaper serving the Metro area's Jewish community has ignited a national firestorm in the form of an op-ed piece from owner-publisher Andrew Adler in the paper's January 13, 2012 edition. Adler's piece looked at the ongoing issue of the vastly differing views the United States and Israel have on dealing with the potential threat posed by Iran. In Adler's column, he came up with three basic solutions: for Israel to strike Hezbollah and Hamas, for Israel to strike Iran, or for Israel to "order a hit" on Barack Obama. In the op-ed piece, the scenario posed by Adler suggests that US-based Mossad agents would "take out a president deemed unfriendly to Israel in order for the current vice president to take his place and forcefully dictate that the United States' police includes its helping the Jewish state obliterate its enemies."

Why isn't this in the main-stream-media? It could be considered news-worthy.

Because it makes Jews look bad. If this story made white gentiles look bad then it would be on the cover of every newspaper and magazine in the country.
