Police are looking for a 30-year-old Mexican illegal immigrant accused of having sex with an 11-year-old girl

Jorge Alfaro-Alfaro has been charged with two counts of raping a child, a first-degree felony, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Chambersburg police said that the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement also has an active warrant for his deportation back to his native Mexico. The rape investigation began in early December 2011 when a Chambersburg man reported to police that Alfaro-Alfaro had initiated a sexual relationship with his 11-year-old daughter, according to a police affidavit filed with Magisterial District Judge Glenn Manns. Police spoke with the girl, and she said that her relationship with Alfaro-Alfaro began in September 2011 with talking and text messages. She said that the relationship eventually became physical and she agreed to have sex with him. The first incident took place in Alfaro-Alfaro's bedroom when he was living at a different address. The girl said that he signaled her to meet him by tapping on the window. He had sex with the child a second time in November 2011. The girl told police that, "Jorge told her that he loved her and was only with his wife because of the kids," the affidavit states. An agent with ICE said that he has been wanted for deportation since May 2003. According to his charging documents, Alfaro-Alfaro stands 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
