A South Asian officer with the Miami-Dade police department has been arrested by federal authorities for stopping female drivers for no other reason than to initiate sexually suggestive conversations
Prabhainjana Dwivedi,33, has been arrested by FBI agents inside police headquarters for pulling over female drivers to look at their breasts.
