This does not strongly translate to a higher completion rate at four-year colleges. In 2010, only 9% of
Hispanics enrolled in a four-year college or university earned a bachelor's degree, compared to 10% of black students and 71% of white students who earned their bachelor's degrees that year.

WHEN do we stop calling spanics and black "MINORITIES" they are NOT minorities, we White taxpayers are.
