A Hispanic who maced a father and a 6-year-old girl in a laundromat has surrendered himself to the police

Fernando Gonzalez first assaulted 47-year-old Derrick Dunn at a Bronx laundromat before macing the man and his young daughter. The NYPD released surveillance footage of the attack, and Gonzalez is said to have surrendered a few hours later. He has been charged with assault.
