Blacks and mental health in Britain: Black patients are 29% more likely to be forcibly restrained, 50% more likely to be placed in seclusion and far more likely to be labelled as psychotic and given much higher doses of antipsychotic medication than their white counterparts

It would seem that blacks are as much of a social liability in Britain as they are in the United States.
