In India, about half of the country's fifth graders can't read at a second-grade level

India is having a very difficult time finding workers for its high tech industries due to the fact that the average South Asian is not that intelligent. In addition, cheating is rampant at the top schools in India meaning that even college graduates are often unfit for the jobs in which they are supposedly qualified.
