A black man is suspected of carving the words 'Do Not Resuscitate' into his girlfriend's chest
Whitman County Sheriff's Deputies said Nathanial Simon, 54, faces felony domestic charges. They said he strangled his girlfriend. She also suffered multiple bruises and cuts. Simon faces two assault charges, felony harassment, and unlawful imprisonment.
