Researchers have found that 19 countries in sub-Saharan Africa all had IQs in the range of 59 to 73

China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore all had IQs in the range of 105 to 108 while 29 European countries all had IQs in the range of 92 to 102.
