The black father of a three-month old girl fed a mixture of vodka and baby formula has been charged with murder in a crime that he says was an accident

One year after Keith Furlow's daughter died after consuming the mixture at his home just east of Atlanta, Georgia, he has been indicted on felony murder and second-degree cruelty to children. Court documents reveal that the baby had a blood-alcohol level of .1119 after drinking the mixture from a baby bottle on June 8, 2011.
