A black man being named as a person of interest in the brutal stabbing of a teenager gave her heroin in exchange for sex the day before she was murdered, police have said

George Donald Davis II, 24, from Lockland, Ohio, gave Chelsea Johnson, 15 the drugs the day before she disappeared on April 15, 2012. Her body was then dumped in a creek about one mile from her home. Though Davis has not been charged with her murder, he faces charges of importuning and trafficking in drugs and is being held at the Butler County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail. Fairfield Police Lt Kevin Haddix confirmed that Davis is an acquaintance of Chelsea’s family, but wouldn’t say how he knew them. Davis has been arrested in the past for illegally possessing a handgun, disorderly conduct, criminal damaging and misdemeanor assault, according to court records.
